This qualification provides the foundation skills and knowledge for individuals to safely perform digital literacy tasks using a personal computer and a range of software applications and digital devices.

This entry level qualification provides the foundation skills and knowledge to use information and communications technology (ICT) in any industry.
 

This training is subsidised by the NSW Government - If you answer 'Yes' to the following four questions you are eligible for a concession and can check your fee HERE:

Are you:

  • 15 years old or over?
  • no longer at school?
  • living or working in NSW?
  • an Australian citizen, Australian permanent resident, Australian permanent humanitarian visa holder or New Zealand citizen?
