Food Hygiene & Safety
This course meets Food Safety Program requirements and covers safe food handling and safe storage, effective use of detergents and sanitisers, waste and pest control. It also includes an overview of how the food safety legislation affects you. Statement of Attainment SITXFSA001 - Use hygienic practices for food safety.

Course Description
The General Construction Induction course is a mandatory entry level program for the building and construction industry. The course focuses on how to work safely and effectively on a job site or construction environment. Suitable candidates for this course are those looking to work in the construction industry in NSW or are required to enter a construction work site as part of their existing or potential job role.
If successful you will receive a Statement of Attainment from Port Macquarie Community College RTO 90315.
Mode of Delivery
Delivery of this course will be trainer led and delivered over one day, face-to-face training in a classroom setting.
